ORDER - This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff's Notice of Settlement, filed on August 7, 2025 (ECF No. 14 ). Therein, Plaintiff's counsel notifies the Court that the matter has been settled and that the parties will "submit a stipulation of dismissal with prejudice upon performance of the settlement terms". The parties have yet to file the stipulation of dismissal. The Court hereby DIRECTS the parties to file a stipulation of dismissal with prejudice on or before October 31, 2025. It is so ORDERED.
