No. 197, is DENIED, and the claims purportedly brought on behalf of Ms. Williams Hunter are DISMISSED w ith prejudice. Plaintiffs' motion to amend the caption, Dkt. No. 198, and Mr. Diamond's renewed motion to intervene, Dkt. No. 221, are DENIED AS MOOT. The pending motions to seal, Dkt. Nos. 195, 210, 223, 225, 226, 228, 230, 233, and 242 , are GRANTED. The Court has reviewed the requested redactions and sealed material and concluded that the sealing is necessary to respect the sealed nature of the Guardianship Proceeding and the Guardianship Court's orders, and also to protect Ms. Williams Hunter's private medical and financial information. These interests at present are sufficient to overcome the presumption in favor of public access to judicial proceedings and documents. See Lugosch v.
