Text Order ~Util - Terminate Motions
TEXT ORDER: This matter comes before the Court upon review of its docket. Pursuant to the Court's authority to manage its docket, see U.S. S.E.C. v. Infinity Grp. Co., 212 F.3d 180, 197 (3d Cir. 2000) ("Matters of docket control... are within the sound discretion of the district court."), the Clerk's Office is directed to ADMINISTRATIVELY TERMINATE Defendants' Motions to Dismiss (ECF Nos. 12 , 25 , 36 ) pending the Court's decision regarding Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to File an Amended Complaint (ECF No. 35 ). The Court also finds it prudent to administratively terminate Defendants' Motions and reset the Motions, pending the outcome of Plaintiff's Motion to Amend, so that Defendants' Motions may be decided together. The Clerk's Office is directed to send a copy of this Text Order to Plaintiff by regular U.S. mail. So Ordered by Judge Georgette Castner on 9/11/2026. (jmh)
