TEXT ORDER REGARDING SUBMISSIONS TO THE COURT: The Court reminds counsel that, when filing submissions with the Court, the parties must be in compliance with the following directives: (1) pursuant to General Order 22 Section 6.1, "[t]he filing attorney may not file a document signed by another attorney, unless the filing attorney also signs the document"; and (2) in accordance with Local Rule 10.1(c)(1), "[e]ach document must contain a caption for the specific case to which it pertains.... If a litigant has more than one action pending in this Court, any and all papers filed in a case must contain and pertain to one civil action number, unless the civil actions have been consolidated by the Court. Any motion or other papers purporting to relate to more than one action will not be accepted for filing and may be stricken by the Court...." IT IS SO ORDERED by Senior Judge Frederick J.
