PAPERLESS ORDER granting 229 Defendant Michael Tierney's Motion to Extend the Response Date to the SEC's Motion for Final Judgment ("Motion").
Plaintiff Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") filed its Motion for Final Judgments Against Defendants Alec Vagnozzi, Albert Vagnozzi, and Michael Tierney, [ECF No. 218], on February 18, 2026. Following a stay, [ECF No. 224], the Court set a briefing schedule on the SEC's Motion, ordering Defendants to respond by July 30, 2026 and the SEC to reply by August 14, 2026. See [ECF No. 226].
On July 27, 2026, Defendant Michael Tierney filed the instant Motion requesting an extension of time to respond to the SEC's Motion, through August 10, 2026. See Mot. The SEC does not oppose Defendant's request. See id. at 2.
Accordingly, Defendant Michael Tierney's Motion, [ECF No. 229], is GRANTED. All Defendants shall respond to the SEC's Motion for Final Judgments on or before August 10, 2026. The SEC shall reply on or before August 24, 2026. No further extensions of time will be permitted absent exceptional circumstances.
