All fact discovery shall be completed by 08/28/2026 with a status report certifying the close of fact discovery due by 09/04/2026. All discovery shall be completed by 12/29/2026 with a status report certifying the close of all discovery due by 01/05/2027. The parties shall take the first step in dispositive motion practice by 02/05/2027. If none, the parties shall file a proposed joint pre-trial order by 03/08/2027, either way pursuant to the presiding district judge's individual rules. See attached for all deadlines.
