   ORDER: On 7/10/2026, the Court reminded the parties that their deadline to file a joint letter certifying the close of all discovery was 7/9/2026, and, because no such filing had been received, sua sponte extended this deadline to 7/17/2026. On 7/17/2026, Defendant moved for an extension of time to complete discovery, representing that defense counsel had not yet received Plaintiff's counsel's expert disclosure, and the Court directed Plaintiff to respond to Defendant's motion by 7/25/2026. To date, no response has been received.

   By 7/31/2026, Plaintiff is directed to respond to Defendant's motion, indicating whether he has served an expert disclosure on Defendant. If no response is received by that date, the Court will order Defendant's requested relief, i.e., will preclude Plaintiff from offering expert testimony pursuant to Rule 37(c)(1). The parties are respectfully reminded that the last date to initiate dispositive motion practice is 8/10/2026, and in the absence of the initiation of dispositive motion practice, the joint pretrial order shall be filed by 9/9/2026.
