TEXT ORDER RE-SCHEDULING JURY TRIAL DATE AND FINAL PRETRIAL CONFERENCE BEFORE JUDGE HURD IN UTICA, NY: Pursuant to the Order of the Hon. David N. Hurd, USDJ, and based upon the Court's pending criminal caseload, the trial date in this matter is NOW reset for Monday, September 9, 2024 at 9:30am in USDC / Utica, NY. Any further Pretrial submissions, including motions in limine shall be filed no later than Monday, August 23, 2024 at 5:00pm. A Telephone Final Pretrial Conference with counsel only shall now be set for Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at 1:00pm in USDC / Utica, NY with the Court and parties to review possible settlement positions, jury selection / trial procedures and any outstanding pretrial issues. Counsel will have the opportunity to review Courtroom technology for trial, with Counsel advised to bring laptop computers that will be used during trial.
