CLERK'S NOTICE: Pursuant to Local Civil Rule 79.2(a)(2)(A), which went into effect on January 1, 2023, electronic media and other conventionally filed materials will be returned to the party to whom they belong; and pursuant to subsection (B) of that local rule, if items are not retrieved by the parties within 30 days after the Clerk has provided notice, the Clerk may destroy them.
