ORDER: Pending before the Court is "Plaintiff's Motion for Default Judgment Against all Defendants" requesting entry of default judgment pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 55(b)(2), filed by Plaintiff Beekeeper's Mill LLC. Docket No. 33 . Plaintiff argues in its accompanying Memorandum of Law that this is an appropriate case for the Court to determine damages without an evidentiary hearing. Docket No. 33 -4, p. 4. The current record, however, is lacking evidence which would allow the Court to consider whether this is true as to Plaintiff's requests for attorneys' fees and damages for the alleged loss of its horses. Plaintiff is therefore ordered to submit such evidence, according to the legal standards discussed below, by August 7, 2026. Signed by Magistrate Judge Jeffery S. Frensley on 7/24/2026. (DOCKET TEXT SUMMARY ONLY-ATTORNEYS MUST OPEN THE PDF AND READ THE ORDER.) (sm)
