MINUTE ORDER signed by Magistrate Judge Jeremy D. Peterson on 7/1/2026: On 10/23/2025, non-party movant Bogle Vineyards, Inc. filed a notice of related cases. ECF No. 23 . Therein, Bogle states that this action should be related to Arellano v. Bogle Vineyards, Inc., 2:24-cv-1971-DC-CKD. Bogle also states that there "are currently three other pending cases in the Eastern District brought by one or more of the named plaintiffs in this case (and all represented by the same firm, Mallison & Martinez) which allege identical causes of action to those brought here." Those cases are Arellano v. Colligere Farm Management Company, 2:24-cv-1793- SCR; Zavala v. R-N-R Vineyard, Inc., 2:24-cv-2010-DJC-AC; and Villa v. Arbor Vineyards, Inc., 2:24-cv-2011-CKD. Local Rule 123(b) states, "Counsel who has reason to believe that an action on file or about to be filed may be related to another action on file (whether or not dismissed or otherwise terminated) shall promptly file in each action and serve on all parties in each action a Notice of Related Cases. This notice shall set forth the title and number of each possibly related action, together with a brief statement of their relationship and the reasons why assignment to a single Judge and/or Magistrate Judge is likely to effect a savings of judicial effort and other economies." Accordingly, the parties are ordered to comply with Local Rule 123(b) and to file a notice of related cases in the three above-listed cases within seven days. (Text Only Entry). (Deputy Clerk NAC)
