PAPERLESS ORDER. This Cause is before the Court on 30 Plaintiff's Motion to Compel filed on June 15, 2026 (DE 30). Pursuant to the Court's Standing Discovery Order, Defendant's response was due on June 18, 2026 (DE 27). Under Local Rule 7.1(c)(1), a party's failure to timely file a memorandum in opposition "may be deemed sufficient cause for granting the motion by default." S.D. Fla. L.R. 7.1(c)(1). Accordingly, the Court treats Defendant's failure to timely file a response as a waiver of any argument in opposition to Plaintiff's Motion. Therefore, Plaintiff's Motion to Compel (DE 30) is GRANTED. Defendant shall produce all non-privileged documents responsive to Plaintiff's First Request for Production without objection by July 10, 2026. Signed by Magistrate Judge Ellen F.
