ORDER by Judge Anna J. Brown. The Court GRANTS Defendants unopposed Motion 19 to Extend Discovery and Pre-Trial Deadlines. The Court STRIKES the case-management dates previously scheduled and sets the following case-management dates: Fact discovery is to be completed by 12/31/2020. The last date to file any fact discovery motion is 12/17/2020, and responses to such motions are due no later than seven (7) calendar days after the initiating motion is filed; no replies are permitted for discovery motions. Plaintiff's expert disclosures due 1/29/2021. Defendant's expert disclosures due 3/4/2021. Final Supplemental Disclosures due 3/17/2021. Expert Discovery to be completed by 4/8/2021. The last date to file any expert discovery motion is 3/22/2021, and responses to such motions are due no later than seven (7) calendar days after the initiating motion is filed; no replies are permitted for discovery motions. Joint Alternate Dispute Resolution Report is due 4/22/2021. Joint Status Report is due by 4/22/2021 regarding dispositive motions. Parties to indicate why they are warranted and on what grounds. If the Court approves the filing of dispositive motions a Joint Statement of Agreed Facts is due 4/29/2021. Dispositive Motions are due 5/13/2021. Only one party may file dispositive motions on 5/13/2021. When the opposition is due, the other party may file a separate stand alone cross-motion along with their opposition. Any further motions for extension of time after conferral, must be filed at least 2 days prior to the day expiring. (bb)
