No. 19). For the reasons set forth in the Motion, the Court hereby GRANTS the Joint Motion regarding deconsolidatation of the derivative actions. The motion is RESERVED regarding a limited stay of this action pending further order of the Court. Accordingly, the Order consolidating these actions entered in Case No. 3:26-cv-00498 on August 11, 2026, at Doc. No. 55 , is hereby VACATED, and the derivative actions, that is, Case Nos. 3:26-cv-00695 and 3:26-cv-1072 are deconsolidated from Case No. 3:26-cv-00498. IT IS SO ORDERED..
