EO: ORDER: REJECTING THE PARTIES' STIPULATION TO AMEND SCHEDULING ORDER AND CONTINUE TRIAL DATE; GRANTING IN PART AND DENYING IN PART THE PARTIES' REQUEST TO CONTINUE DEADLINES; AND DENYING THE PARTIES' REQUEST TO CONTINUE THE TRIAL DATE
  ...In light of the denial of the parties' request to continue the trial date, the parties' request to extend the dispositive motions deadline is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART. The dispositive motions deadline is EXTENDED to November 6, 2026. The memorandum in opposition to any dispositive motion must be filed by November 20, 2026, and the deadline for any optional reply memorandum is November 30, 2026. This Court will hold a hearing on the dispositive motion(s) on December 11, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. The parties are directed to consult the district court's digital calendar on the day of the hearing for the courtroom assignment. If, after reviewing the motion(s) and the parties memoranda, this Court determines that oral argument is not necessary, the hearing will be vacated and the motion(s) will be taken under advisement.
  In sum, the relevant deadlines are as follows:
•Supplemental Discovery Deadline - September 25, 2026;
•Supplemental Deposition Deadline - October 16, 2026;
•dispositive motions deadline - November 6, 2026;
•deadline to file a memorandum in opposition to any dispositive motion - November 20, 2026;
•deadline to file an optional reply memorandum in support of any dispositive motion - November 30, 2026;
•hearing on the dispositive motion(s) - December 11, 2026, at 10:30 a.m.; and
•trial - January 4, 2027.
