ORDER REGARDING PRETRIAL DEADLINES. As discussed with counsel at the telephonic status conference on August 3, 2026, the Court hereby extends fact discovery through September 15, 2026, at which point all depositions should be complete. Within fourteen (14) days of the close of fact discovery, counsel for Defendant shall file a Notice on the docket attesting that such discovery is complete and whether or not it plans to file a Rule 56 Motion for Summary Judgment. If the Defendant does intend to file such a Motion, the Motion is due forty-five (45) days from the date of the filing of Defendant's Notice. If the Defendant does not intend to file such a Motion, the Defendant should so state, and the Court will confer with the parties to set another telephonic status conference to determine a trial date.
