MINUTE ORDER granting in part 66 Motion for Extension of Time for Remaining Scheduling Order Deadlines: It is hereby ORDERED that the following schedule shall govern proceedings: Plaintiff's expert disclosures shall be served on or before January 6, 2025; Defendants' expert disclosures shall be served on or before February 5, 2025; Plaintiff's rebuttal expert disclosures shall be served on or before February 19, 2025; and fact and expert discovery shall conclude on March 3, 2025. It is FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff will identify experts on or before December 11, 2024 and Defendants will identify experts on or before January 10, 2025. It is FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall appear via Zoom for a status conference before the Court after the new discovery closure date of March 3, 2025, which remains to be scheduled. SO ORDERED.
