ORDER re: 14 Motion for Entry of Default:On June 1, 2026, this Court issued an order, referring this case to mediation in the Maine Foreclosure Diversion Program and expressly ordered that the case be "otherwise STAYED until the parties notify the Court of the outcome of the mediation." (ECF No. 13). According to the Plaintiff's July 16, 2026 status report, the Plaintiff has sent in the mediation fee and is awaiting the scheduling of the mediation session. (ECF No. 17). In the meantime, in direct violation of the stay order, Attorney Chute filed a motion for entry of default on June 26, 2026 plus attachments in support of the motion. (ECF Nos. 14, 15). Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES without prejudice the motion for entry of default (ECF No. 14) and STRIKES the Declaration of Stephean C. Chute, Esq (ECF No. 15). By JUDGE JOHN A. WOODCOCK, JR.
