MINUTE ORDER: As discussed at yesterday's discovery hearing, Mr. Shanks shall submit any proposed redactions to his relevant medical records by July 20, 2026. Absent extraordinary circumstances, this is the Court's final extension of this deadline. Additionally, having found a mutually agreeable date and time at yesterday's hearing, the Court SETS a Zoom discovery status conference for September 16, 2026 at 4:00 PM ET before Magistrate Judge Matthew J. Sharbaugh. A Zoom link will be sent to the parties by email. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to mail a copy of this Minute Order to the pro se Plaintiff at his address of record, and defense counsel is directed to share a courtesy copy of this Minute Order with Mr. Shanks by email.
