Order on Motion to Extend Time
ORDER GRANTING IN PART, DENYING IN PART 95 Consent Motion to Extend Time as MOOT. In the 95 Consent Motion, Plaintiff seeks to file one omnibus response to the five pending 83 85 87 89 91 Motions to Dismiss, and seeks to extend its deadline to file such response until 6/30/2026. However, the pending Motions to Dismiss were filed on 6/10/2026, 6/12/2026, and 6/15/2026, respectively. See ECF Nos. 83-91. And, pursuant to this Court's Practices & Procedures, parties have 21 days to respond to a dispositive motion, such as a motion to dismiss. Thus, Plaintiff's earliest deadline to respond a pending Motion to Dismiss is 7/1/2026. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the 95 Consent Motion is DENIED AS MOOT to the extent it seeks an extension, but GRANTED to the extent it seeks to file one omnibus response. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff may file an omnibus response, on or before 7/1/26. Signed by Judge Christy Criswell Wiegand on 6/24/2026. Text-only entry; no PDF document will issue. This text-only entry constitutes the Order of the Court or Notice on the matter. (bjw)
