ORDER: The Court is in receipt of the motion to withdraw 101 , requesting that the Court grant Plaintiff's counsel leave to withdraw in this matter and a 21-day stay of all deadlines. The Court is further in receipt of the notice of appearance 102 by Oscar Alvarado on behalf of Plaintiff. For the reasons set forth in the motion to withdraw and in light of the appearance of new counsel on behalf of Plaintiff, the Court grants the motion to withdraw 101 , in part. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate Mr. Elo as counsel of record for Plaintiff. However, given Mr. Alvarado's notice of appearance, the parties are advised that the discovery schedule set in the Court's 8/13/2026 order remains in effect. Ordered by Magistrate Judge Taryn A.
