Memorandum Opinion and Order
MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER : The Court GRANTS Defendants' 50 62 motions to dismiss finding Plaintiff's claims for Fourth Amendment excessive restraint and right to privacy, Fourteenth Amendment due process and equal protection violation, and sex-based discrimination in violation of Title IX against the District are untimely. The Court also Dismisses Plaintiff's claim for First Amendment Retaliation for Plaintiffs failure to identify a constitutional violation. Accordingly, all of Plaintiffs § 1983, and Title IX, and municipal liability claims against Bushong and City View ISD are DISMISSED with prejudice. (Ordered by Judge Reed C.
