Order on Motion for Extension of Time
PAPERLESS ORDER. Our Defendants have filed an Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time (the “Motion”) [ECF No. 224] asking us to extend the parties’ deadline to file pre-trial evidentiary motions to September 4, 2026. Considering the parties’ potentially dispositive summary-judgment motions, however, we think it makes more sense to stay the case until we resolve those motions. Accordingly, the Clerk is directed to administratively CLOSE and STAY this case. All pending deadlines, including the Calendar Call and Trial dates currently set in this case, are TERMINATED. Counsel for the parties shall still appear for our August 31, 2026 status conference. See Paperless Order [ECF No. 223]. The Motion [ECF No. 224] is DENIED as moot.
