Stearns: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered granting in part 90 Motion to Compel.Doe may obtain discovery into any alleged threats or slurs (or the like) related to his Jewish or Israeli identity which were directed at or experienced by Doe after October 7, 2023; any alleged acts of violence, harassment, or discrimination (or the like) related to his Jewish or Israeli identity which he personally experienced after October 7, 2023; any complaints filed by Doe with respect to the above-referenced conduct; any complaints filed against Doe with respect to the above-referenced conduct, as well as any complaints referencing his Jewish or Israeli identity; and any documents or communications related to (1) the above-referenced conduct, (2) complaints filed by or against Doe, (3) Doe's Jewish or Israeli identity, or (4) purported antisemitism or anti-Jewish/anti-Israeli bias on the part of Professor Roe (whether that purported antisemitism or bias was directed at Doe or not). Doe may also obtain discovery into MIT's handling of any other employment discrimination or hostile environment claims related to an employee's Jewish or Israeli identity.MIT shall supplement its discovery responses in accordance with the above guidance within two (2) weeks of this Order.
