REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION OF UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE. The court recommends that Defendant Maginot Support Services, Inc.'s Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff Sedo-Roper's First Amended Complaint and Brief in Support (Dkt. # 9 ) and Defendant's Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff Burdon's Second Amended Complaint and Brief in Support (4:25-cv-01310-SDJ-AGD, Dkt. # 10 ) should be GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART. It is further recommended that Plaintiffs file an appropriate Amended Complaint within 30 days of the District Court's adoption of this recommendation, if the District Court is so inclined.
