TEXT ORDER: granting the 141 Letter Request. Plaintiff's response to Defendants' 137 and 138 Motions for Summary Judgment are due by 9/29/2026. Plaintiff may file oversized responses, not to exceed 50 pages as to the 138 Motion, and 35 pages as to the 137 Motion. Defendants' replies are due by 10/5/2026. Further, the deadline for filing expert motions is extended to 8/7/2026. The Court recognizes that the County Defendants may seek an extension of the time to file a reply due to a federal trial in the fall, but other than that the parties should not expect to receive any additional extensions of time.
