1 - Text Only Order
TEXT ONLY ORDER signed by Judge Brett H. Ludwig on 8/12/2026 re: 50 Joint Status Report and Request to Extend Stay. This matter has been stayed since December 12, 2025. On August 10, 2026, the parties filed a report indicating that they remain actively engaged in settlement talks and ask that the stay be extended a second time for an additional ninety (90) days. The Court will reluctantly grant the parties' request. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the case and all deadlines remain stayed for an additional ninety (90) or until November 8, 2026. If the Parties are unable to resolve this matter prior to the end of the requested stay and tolling period, they must file a status report no later than November 9, 2026 proposing a revised schedule for moving the case forward.
