ORDER: The discovery dispute (Doc. 45 ) is DENIED as moot. Plaintiff's motion (Doc. 35 ) is DENIED as moot. Defendants shall file a brief in opposition to Plaintiff's motion for judgment on the pleadings (Doc. 28 ) on or before Friday, September 25, 2026. Plaintiffs shall file a reply brief in support of the motion on or before Friday, October 9, 2026. By separate order, this matter will be referred to a magistrate judge to conduct a settlement conference within 45 days of the date of this order. Counsel are reminded that briefs in support of motions should be filed as separate documents in the Court's ECF system (i.e. not as attachments to the motion). Further, the Local Rules do not contemplate responses to motions; rather, parties should file a motion, brief in support, brief in opposition, and reply brief, together with the appropriate exhibits and other supporting documents.
