ORDER: 1. Plaf's Motion for Attorney Fees and Costs R. 64 is DENIED withoutprejudice with leave to refile as set forth in this Order; 2.Parties Agreed Motion for Extension of Time R. 65 is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part; 3. Parties shall file a notice regarding the disposition of the petition for a writ of certiorari within seven (7) days of that disposition, or within seven (7) days of August 11, 2026, if no such petition is filed; 4. Plafs time to file a Motion for Attorney Fees and Costs shall be extended to thirty (30) days after the later of the following: a. August 11, 2026, if the petition for a writ of certiorari is not filed; b. The date of the denial of Dfts petition for a writ of certiorari, if the petition is denied; or c. The date of the final judgment of the Supreme Court, if the petition for a writ of certiorari is granted. 5. If the Dfts obtain an extension of time to file a petition for a writ of certiorari from the US Supreme Court, the deadlines herein shall likewise be extended relative to that date, without further Order of this Court..
