If the Subject Property located at 35 Lionspaw Grand, Daytona Beach, Florida 32124 is sold under order of this court, any such sale shall be free and clear of any interest of Defendants Scherer, Lionspaw Community, and International Residential, and they are not entitled to any portion of the net sale proceeds, unless the proceeds exceed the amount required to satisfy the federal tax liens after satisfying all senior liens.
