MINUTE entry before the Honorable Lindsay C. Jenkins: Plaintiff's motions in limine 171 are denied. Defendants' motions in limine 170 are granted. See the attached order for further details. The motions pending at 172 173 are terminated and the motion for leave to file instanter 174 is granted. In addition, the court also publishes a draft version of a prospective juror questionnaire. The juror questionnaire contains the questions the court believes are reasonably needed to seat a fair jury. It incorporates some of the parties' proposed voir dire questions. Some proposed questions were rejected as not needed to reasonably seat a fair jury because the proposed questions would not elicit useful information.
