Dkt. 63 . On August 14, 2026, Judge Richlin held a pre-mediation videoconference to discuss the settlement process. Dkt. 66 . The parties will proceed with the settlement conference by Zoom on August 25, 2026. Accordingly, the last day to participate in a settlement conference is continued from August 18, 2026, to August 25, 2026, and the last day to file a joint report regarding the procedural status of settlement discussions is continued from August 24, 2026, to August 28, 2026. If the parties report that they have reached a settlement, the joint report shall include the date by which they expect to request the dismissal of this action.
