Plaintiff raised perceived disability under the 14th Amendment. (See Complaint at 3; ECF No. 36 at 2.) In any event, Plaintiff has not provided sufficient facts to maintain an ADA claim, as explained at the bench ruling on 7/21/26. Because there was no such claim in the original Complaint and leave to amend to add it has been denied, her Amended Complaint may not include an ADA claim. That Amended Complaint was due on 9/4/26. It is possible that it was timely submitted to the Pro Se email box and has not yet been docketed by the Clerk. If it contains an ADA claim, Defendants may disregard it in their Answer. SO ORDERED.
