MINUTE ORDER: Upon consideration of the parties' 19 Consent Motion to Extend Scheduling Order, and for good cause shown, it is hereby ORDERED that the 19 Motion is GRANTED. It is further ORDERED that the Court's scheduling order is modified as such: Defendant shall serve its Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2) expert disclosures by June 15, 2026, and discovery shall close on September 14, 2026. It is further ORDERED that the post-discovery status conference currently scheduled for August 6, 2026, is CONTINUED until October 1, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. via teleconference, in advance of which the parties shall confer to discuss a joint proposed summary judgment briefing schedule and the possibility of mediating the case.
