Scheduling Conference
MINUTE ENTRY for proceedings held before Judge John C Hinderaker: Rule 16 Scheduling Conference held on 6/25/2026 telephonically. The Court will adopt the deadlines and stipulations proposed by the parties in their Joint Report. A formal scheduling order will follow. The Court advised the attorneys of the expedited process for resolving discovery disputes. The Court cautioned the attorneys in using Artificial Intelligence responsibly. The Court encouraged the parties to utilize a Magistrate Judge early in the case for a settlement conference in order to limit litigation expenses. The Court expressed willingness to initially focus discovery on discrete issues and encouraged the parties to discuss this possibility.
