Minute Order
MINUTE ORDER: (TEXT ENTRY ONLY) During the settlement conference, held on July 30, 2019, the parties entered into a final settlement of this case. The Court agreed to retain jurisdiction to enforce the settlement agreement, vacated all dates previously set in the case, and directed the parties to file dispositional documents, meaning documents that stipulate to the dismissal of the case, no later than August 30, 2019. (ECF No. 25 ; see ECF No. 28 at 7, 10.) The parties failed to comply with this deadline and have not, to date, filed dispositional documents as ordered by the Court. On September 13, 2019, the parties filed a notice of settlement, attaching a copy of the transcript from the settlement conference, which sets forth the terms of the settlement agreement. (ECF No. 28 .) This notice of settlement is not a dispositional document and does not, therefore, comply with the Court's order for dispositional documents. The Court directs the parties to file, no later than September 27, 2019, dispositional documents, such as a stipulation for dismissal of the case under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii). If, for some reason, the parties need additional time to file said documents, they must contact the Court to request additional time. Minute Order signed by Magistrate Judge Erica P. Grosjean on September 16, 2019. (Rooney, M)
