TEXT ORDER. On August 19, 2025, this Court, having been informed that Plaintiff and Defendants fully resolved this action via settlement, entered an order dismissing this action without costs and without prejudice and indicating that "[i]f settlement is not consummated within sixty (60) days,... either party may within sixty (60) days petition the Court to enforce the settlement." (ECF No. 113 ). The order of dismissal also provides that "[b]y agreement of the parties, the court retains jurisdiction to enforce the settlement agreement." Id. On October 17, 2025, Plaintiff filed a timely motion to enforce settlement. (ECF No. 114 ). Defendants, who are still represented by counsel of record, have not filed a response in opposition, requested additional time to respond, or otherwise objected to the motion. The Court advises Defendants that if no response to Plaintiff's motion (ECF No. 114 ) has been received by Wednesday, November 26, 2025, the Court may grant Plaintiff's motion (ECF No. 114 ) without objection.
