ORDER granting 33 Letter Motion for Extension of Time to Answer. The time for all Defendants to answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint in this action is extended to September 25, 2026. Defendants should not expect further extensions of time. The Court notes that an initial pretrial conference was, in fact, scheduled in this matter, but was adjourned because no Defendant had appeared. See Dkts. 3, 25. The parties shall appear for an initial pretrial conference on September 29, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., and shall make their pre-conference filings in accordance with this Court's Individual Rules, as set forth in the Court's April 22, 2026 order.
