ENDORSED ORDER denying without prejudice doc. 30 Plaintiff's First Motion to Amend, Proposed First Amended Complaint, and Incorporated Memorandum of Law. Under Local Rule 3.01(g)(2)(B), a motion's good-faith conferral certification "must state whether the parties agree on the resolution of all or part of the motion." Middle District of Florida Local Rules. Plaintiff represents that he "conferred with defense counsel and it is believed that she will not oppose" his motion. Doc. 30 at 3. This does not adequately convey defendant's position to the Court and therefore does not satisfy the good-faith conferral requirement outlined above.
