Order Dismissing Case
ORDER dismissing case. The construed motions to dismiss (Dkts. 214, 215) are GRANTED. SSRGA's motion for entitlement to attorney fees (Dkt. 209) is DENIED as moot. With respect to the dispute between them raised in this case, Plaintiff and SSRGA shall each be responsible for their own attorney fees and costs except as otherwise agreed, and all claims, demands, and causes of action between Plaintiff and SSRGA arising from or relating to SSRGA's representation of Plaintiff, including all claims for attorney fees, costs, and expenses, are DISMISSED with prejudice. Plaintiff's claims against Defendants in this case are DISMISSED with prejudice, and Plaintiff and Defendants shall each bear their own attorney fees and costs except as otherwise provided. This case remains closed, and no further proceedings are required with respect to SSRGA's claimed liens. The Clerk is DIRECTED to enter judgment accordingly. Signed by Judge Julie S.
