Defendant PACCAR moved for a unilateral extension of fact discovery and Defendant's motion was granted-in-part and denied-in-part for the reasons stated at the hearing. Plaintiff DART is ordered to produce a list of the vehicles at issue and all the relevant information relating to those vehicles in Plaintiff's breach of express warranty claims on or before September 14, 2026. Soon after the relevant information is produced, the parties shall meet and confer to discuss whether there is any outstanding discovery needed.
Discussion regarding the extension of discovery and related deadlines.
