ORDER AND CONSENT JUDGMENT: IT IS ORDERED as follows: 1. The Court has personal jurisdiction over the parties and subject matter jurisdiction over this action under 28 U.S.C. § 1332 and Section 12 of the License Agreement (as defined hereafter) and venue is appropriate. 5. Defendant acknowledges and agrees that it owes Plaintiff the amount of Two Hundred Fifteen Thousand ($215,000.00) Dollars. Defendant consents to the entry of this Order and Consent Judgment in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendant in the principal amount of Two Hundred Fifteen Thousand ($215,000.00) Dollars. Interest shall accrue thereon at the annual interest rate of nine (9%) percent from the date of entry of this Order and Consent Judgment. 9. Th is Court shall retain jurisdiction to consider any dispute or action to enforce the terms of this Order and Consent Judgment.
