EO: The court sets a hearing on the parties' motions in limine filed as Dkt. Nos. 142 , 143 , 144 , 145 , 146 , and 147 for Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. (HST) and shall be a HYBRID hearing before Judge MICAH W. J. SMITH. Any party to the case that wishes to appear in person shall appear in Aha Kaulike. Any party that wishes to appear by VTC may do so.
In advance of the hearing, counsel shall contact the courtroom manager by email no later than October 21, 2026, to inform her who and how they will appear at the hearing. In advance of the hearing, the courtroom manager will provide VTC participants with instructions for connecting by video.
