EO: Upon review of the Plaintiffs' 43 Fourth Motion to Continue Rule 16 Scheduling Conference Deadlines and Trial Date (Motion), and in light of Plaintiffs' representation that the parties have executed a settlement agreement, the Court VACATES the Settlement Conference set for April 15, 2022 at 10:00 AM before MAGISTRATE JUDGE WES REBER PORTER. The Court further VACATES all dates and deadlines and thus DENIES AS MOOT Plaintiffs' 43 Motion. Stipulation for Dismissal shall be submitted to otake_orders@hid.uscourts.gov by no later than May 31, 2022. Any issues related to enforcement of the parties settlement agreement will only be addressed by the Court through a properly noticed motion. Plaintiffs shall provide Defendant with a copy of this Entering Order.
