MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Magistrate Judge Craig S. Denney on 9/4/2026. By Deputy Clerk: AB.
The Court approved the parties' stipulation to appear at case management conference by video (ECF No. 15 ). Therefore, the Case Management Conference set for 10/20/2026 at 9:00 a.m. (ECF No. 10 ) shall be held by video. All those appearing shall appear by Zoom video conference.
It is ordered that counsel shall contact the Courtroom Administrator, at Ashlyn_Bye@nvd.uscourts.gov, on or before noon on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, with the names and email addresses of those attending the hearing. The Courtroom Administrator shall arrange logistics for the video conference and instructions will be sent via email to the participants' email addresses prior to the hearing.
It is further ordered that the following video conference instructions be adhered to as follows:1. Log on to the call ten (10) minutes prior to the hearing time.2. Mute your sound prior to entering the hearing.3. Do not talk over one another.4. State your name prior to speaking for the record.5. Do not have others in the video screen or moving in the background.6. No recording of the hearing.7. No forwarding of any video conference invitations.8. Unauthorized users on the video conference will be removed.
