Order. A discovery conference was held on today's date with all parties represented by counsel. With the consent of counsel, the following procedure is designed to resolve the discovery issues raised by Weeks Marine and joined by the other defendants. First, plaintiffs shall continue their search for the documents admittedly not produced under Rule 26(a)(1) or in response to requests for the production of documents long served by the Defendants. Second, the failure to be able to produce relevant documents shall be fully explained in this supplemental response. Third, Plaintiffs shall also supplement their answers to interrogatories by either fully answering the propounded questions or providing reasons as to why they are unable to answer specific questions. These supplemental responses are due not later than November 2, 2026. Permission is granted to defendants to file any motions deemed necessary to issues not resolved by these supplemental responses if said motion(s) are filed not later than November 9, 2026.
