ORDER OF DISMISSAL by Judge Stanley Blumenfeld, Jr.: The parties filed joint status report notifying the Court that they reached a settlement resolving all claims and counterclaims on 9/24/2026 104 . This action is therefore dismissed in its entiret y without prejudice and the Court vacates the 10/2/2026 status conference. For 30 days from the date of this order, the Court retains jurisdiction to vacate this order and to reopen the action nunc pro tunc on motion of any party. By operation of this order and without further court action, the dismissal in this case will convert to a dismissal with prejudice on the 31st day, absent a timely motion to vacate and reopen. ELECTRONIC ORDER: On August 25, 2026, the Court entered a 30-Day Dismissal Order, which ordered that after 30 days had elapsed from the issuance of the order, the Court would DISMISS WITHOUT PREJUDICE all claims between these parties subject to the parties' right to reopen the litigation within those 30 days if the settlement is not consummated. (Doc. 11 ). That deadline has passed and the parties did not file any dismissal papers. The Court GRANTS the parties a 7-day extension to consummate the settlement, at which time the Court will close the case and DISMISS WITHOUT PREJUDICE the case pursuant to the Court's 30-Day Dismissal Order.
