ORDER OF REMAND - Before the Court is Plaintiff Andrea Boyd's Unopposed Motion to Remand the case back to the 295th Judicial District Court of Harris County, Texas following the entering of the Partial Stipulation of Dismissal as to the Johnson & Johnson Defendants and the "Depuy Defendants", along with the evidence and authorities submitted by counsel, the Court finds that Plaintiff's Motion should be GRANTED and the cause of action remaining against the "Healthcare Defendants" shall be remanded back to the 295th District Court of Harris County, Texas.It is therefore Ordered, that this case is REMANDED to the 295th Judicial District of Harris County, Texas.
