Mr. Stevens is not a party to this action and the undersigned's recommendation that his Motion to Intervene be denied is pending before the District Judge. Further, the Clerk of Court is not a photocopying service and inmates have no right to free photocopying. Love v. Med. Unit E FMWCC, Case No. 2:20-cv-00525-JAD-EJY, 2023 WL 2876654, at *3 (D. Nev. Apr. 10, 2023). "A prisoner-litigant who wants copies of electronically filed documents" may order physical copies by contacting the clerk's office during regular business hours and paying a fee. Id. (citing LR IC 1-1(i)(5)).

   Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that is Mr. Stevens' Motion for Courtesy Copies of Docs 1, 85 (ECF No. 275 ) is DENIED.
