Judgment - Consent Order Dismissing Case
CONSENT JUDGMENT ORDER. Based upon the consent of the parties, the Court enters final judgment as follows: A) Judgment is hereby ENTERED against Warren in favor of Plaintiffs in the amount of Two Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($225,000). B) Warren agrees that the judgment above is non-dischargeable in a personal bankruptcy filing; that Warren will not object to the allegations in the Complaint filed herein being taken as true by the Court in any subsequent litigation - or any other proceeding - to determine dischargeability, or that the facts in the Complaint satisfy the elements set forth in § 523(a)(2)(A) of the Bankruptcy Code, and will have collateral estoppel effect for those purposes in any bankruptcy proceeding brought on behalf of Plaintiffs; and that Warren further will not contest any Complaint to determine dischargeability by Plaintiffs, should Warren file for personal bankruptcy protection.
