DOCKET TEXT ORDER. Based on 79 Joint Stipulation for Dismissal, and good cause appearing, the court DISMISSES WITHOUT PREJUDICE all of the parties' claims except Plaintiff's claims against Offer Space and Offer Space's counterclaim. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(2). The Clerk will administratively close this matter. If Offer Space informs the court that it wishes to pursue its counterclaim after the automatic bankruptcy stay is lifted, the court will reopen this matter. The parties other than Offer Space shall bear their own fees and costs with respect to the claims dismissed pursuant to this order. SO ORDERED. Signed by Judge Howard C. Nielson, Jr., on 6/7/2021.
